Description

The Athens City Prosecutor is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor offenses in Athens County Municipal Court. This is the perfect job for maintaining work/life balance. New attorneys are encouraged to apply. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Monday through Friday. with the possibility of working from home one day per week. The pay range is $74,000 to $81,000 depending on experience. The City of Athens offers excellent benefits including vacation, sick time, and paid parental leave. Requirements

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, have good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and high integrity. Knowledge of Matrix and Court View are a plus.
