Our Commitment.

This job entails representing clients at all stages of a personal injury claim. It includes new client screening and intake, preparation of demand packages, settlement negotiations and mediations, drafting, and filing complaints, engaging in written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery deficiency letters and pretrial discovery motions, drafting and responding to dispositive motions, trial, and appeals. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possess excellent legal research and writing skills.
