Description
As a Probate Estate Paralegal, your primary responsibilities would include:
- conducting client interviews
- preparing forms for Probate Court
- preparing Deeds and affidavits
- preparing Adoptions, Name Changes and Guardianships
- working with Court staff to file correct pleadings
- working with the attorney to service the needs of the client
The ideal candidate would be:

-Able to maintain attention to detail;
-Able to maintain client confidentiality;
-Dependable;
-Trained to type;
-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Requirements
Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fridays. 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The office is closed on all major holidays. The salary is negotiable depending on qualifications. Two to four years of customer service experience is expected.
