Since its founding in 1909, Ohio National has strategically grown its distribution channels and formed important relationships to ensure its financial strength.
Ohio National Mutual Holdings, Inc.: Ohio National Mutual Holdings, Inc. is a mutual insurance holding company whose voting members are life insurance policyholders and annuity contract owners of The Ohio National Life Insurance Company. Ohio National Financial Services, Inc. (ONFS), is an intermediate holding company whose shares of stock are currently owned 100 percent by Ohio National Mutual Holdings, Inc.
Ohio National and its family of companies are a known leader in the insurance industry for providing quality low-cost products and having superior financial strength.
Our core products of individual life insurance, individual variable and fixed annuities, retirement products and disability income insurance are available from:
1.The Ohio National Life Insurance Company (ONLIC), a wholly owned stock subsidiary of ONFS.
2.Ohio National Life Assurance Corporation (ONLAC), a wholly owned stock subsidiary of ONLIC.

The Ohio National Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation founded in December, 1987 to contribute to numerous worthy causes and organizations both local and national in scope.
In addition, Ohio National continues to grow through important strategic relationships and acquisitions, including:
•Fiduciary Capital Management, Inc. (FCM): FCM, founded in 1987, specializes in the discretionary management of stable value fixed income and guaranteed investment contract portfolios for defined contribution pension plans, such as 401(k), corporate, union and public sector plans.
•National Security Life and Annuity Company: National Security issues variable annuity contracts through securities brokerage firms and banks, as well as independent financial planners throughout the state of New York.
•Ohio National Seguros de Vida, S.A.: A wholly owned life insurance subsidiary headquartered in Santiago, Chile, continues to contribute positively to our sales and earnings.
•Suffolk Capital Management, LLC: An institutional asset management firm based in New York, Suffolk also serves as the subadvisor to a number of portfolios offered in Ohio National’s variable products.
