For more than 100 years, Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a not-for-profit organization, has been known for its tradition of excellence in serving older adults. We are a one of the largest not-for-profit, long-term care organizations in the Greater Cleveland area.
Our organization is committed to maintaining communities that respect, value, and empower every member equally. The mission Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network is to affirm the dignity and individual worth of older adults and their right to attain the highest possible quality of life.
The Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network communities cover the complete continuum of today’s residential long-term care needs, including Continuing Care Retirement (CCRC), assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice services, sub-acute care, and Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Eliza Jennings also operates two community based services: Acacia Place adult day center and Signal, a holistic geriatric assessment program."
ELIZA JENNINGS, established in 1888, is a 136-bed nursing community in a Cleveland landmark building located just outside of Lakewood on the RTA bus line. Eliza Jennings offers a complete range of nursing services including respite, rehabilitative, and long term skilled nursing care in a warm and inviting household environment.
THE RE NAISSA NCE, is a fully accredited continuing care retirement community in Olmsted Township located on a beautiful, 164 acre campus with adjoining lakes and a golf course. It consists of apartments and single story vilias for independent living, assisted living apartments, and a nursing center that includes skilled nursing and memory support. Staff experience a friendly atmosphere through conversation and companionship with residents and co-workers.
DEVON OAKS, is Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network’s newest assisted living community in Westlake located near I-90 across from Crocker Park. It features apartments in a gracious setting, as well as a 12-unit wing offering memory support. Staff benefit from the support of a team approach to their work activities.
ACACIA PLACE, an Adult Day Center located just outside of Lakewood on the RTA bus line, provides stimulating recreational activities, nutritious meals, assistance with medication, health care monitoring, bathing, grooming services, rehabilitative services and ADL support to Westside residents. Its devoted staff are part of a caring team to providing high quality services.
ELIZA JENNINGS AT HOME provides home health services and assistance with cooking, recreation, companionship, and transportation to older adults and their families. Empowering staff further emhances a rewarding work experience.
