Company Overview
Ledbetter Parisi LLC (“LP”) attorneys focus exclusively on Taft-Hartley benefits law and has one of the largest Taft-Hartley benefits practices in the country. The firm currently serves more than 60 trusts and related entities. Although other law firms may offer Taft-Hartley benefits services as one component of their legal practice, none offer the advantages that result from our entire staff’s dedication of 100% of its practice to Taft-Hartley work. In today’s environment, we believe that this degree of dedication and specialization is crucial to ensure top-quality legal advice for our clients. Our firm has five partners, six associates, one of counsel attorney, and one law clerk.
Company History
Mike Ledbetter founded the firm in 2006 after departing from a labor firm where he practiced both labor and Taft-Hartley benefits law. Mike recognized the need for specialized benefits counsel and wanted to begin a practice that focused on offering Boards of Trustees superior counsel. All of the former firm’s Fund clients came with Mike to the new firm and notably, none have ever left. The most significant development in the organization has been growth. Since its inception, Ledbetter Parisi LLC has been steadily growing, with respect to both staff and clients. The firm is proud to continue to grow as it adds clients through referrals and its excellent reputation in the industry.

LP is proud to be recognized as a nationally and locally respected employee benefits firm. Our dedication of staff and resources to a Taft-Hartley practice has made our attorneys sought-after speakers and authors in the benefits field. In the last year alone, our lead attorneys have been published or selected to speak over 20 times for organizations such as the IFEBP. In addition, our firm is often chosen by national benefit plans as local counsel and engaged for work by other attorneys. The confidence and trust of our clients and peers is our most valued asset.
